We’ll phone banks who know our market and work with us. We’ll see which ones fit you best.

If it looks like you’ll get a “yes,” we’ll write a short letter to banks, with the main points of your building. We’ll want a good faith deposit ($100) from you, then. You get this back if you close a loan with us.

The bank sends a “Letter of Interest.” This means: “if the full loan application shows the building is as you described it, we will make your loan.

The full application. We work with you to finish it.
